On saturday we will play together with three other bands at meeths salonger in Gothenburg. Only 40 kr, age 16! It starts at 18:30. Be there!!

Yesterday night we had the official release (in Sweden) of our album ‘Scrapbook’ at Pusterviksbaren in Gothenburg. We had a really nice time. Thanks to all of you who showed up, you were really supportive!

On friday we will perform at ‘the Tommy show at Mix megapol (Gothenburg). So please tune in around 4.30 pm.

We will have another gig in Gothenburg on Saturday at Meeths and it is for all ages!

We had a wonderful time in Germany and Holland and the trip back home went really well. For the next 4 days we have a lot of work to do preparing for the release of our debut album “Scrapbook”, but after that we’re hoping to get some pictures and stories from our tour up on the blog. Dont miss our gig at Pusterviksbaren the 4th of May at 21:00 (you probably already know that tickets are avaliable at Ticnet.se). While you are waiting, you can always tune in Studentradion 98,9 in Uppsala who have put ’fire’ on their A-rotation list. How nice isn’t that?

HI there!

We are soon leaving for a radio event in Hilversum. Around 23 tonight we’ll be visiting the studio to play a song and do some creative stuff :-). Tune in 3FM tonight and the program X-noizz and you will hear what it’s all about. We have relaxed for a while now after a bikeride among 18th century(!) windmills and canals outside Ridderkerk.

Yesterday evening we had an outdoor gig in a garden in Ridderkerk. The weather was terrific - Warmand calm. There was also a nice crowd of people there soaking up the setting sun.

Two days ago we played in the city of Neuss, Germany. The weather was as good as yesterday and the place was an old school remade into a club. It looked kind of like Pippi Longstocking’s old house. How cool isn’t that? Unfortunately the good weather didn’t generate a massive crowd, leaving a German, a swedish and a brittish band almost without any audience at all. We had a lot of fun though and we were really happy to see Joel being able to do sing an entire gig (well, we kept it short leaving out the most high-pitched songs) inspite of his sore throat.

Well, I better go now. Don’t forget to tune in 3FM at 23:00 Dutch time tonight!!!

Tonight our first single ‘fire’ will be aired on swedish national radio P3, so tune in P3 lab tonight at 22:03 if you want to hear it. We are also happy to announce that Umeå Studentradio 102,3 has put song up on rotation and that Mix megapol radio city will start playing the song!

Tomorrow night we will play for the first time in Germany!!! We will try to keep you updated on this blog during the “Scrapbook promotour”, hehe.

Well, we haven’t been very communicative lately and we are totally aware about that. Sorry. There are many things falling into places right now which is a glorius feeling! The happiest news is that we took a first listen to the final mix of the album yesterday!!! Today some minor mixing adjustments will be made by Joakim Sehlstedt at LEON and then the songs will head directly to Johan Forsman for mastering.

To put it in other words: Our debut album will be released on the 4th of May!

We have not played live that much for a while, which is a very bad habit that we intend to break.  We are looking for shows in sweden this summer, so don’t hesitate to either drop us a line about that, or even better contact our booker jonas@parapluie.se
